📢 Open letter to the sector: RD933/2021 📢

Last Friday, October 4, a meeting took place with the Ministry of the Interior to discuss the application of RD 933/2021. From ACAVe, FETAVE and UNAV, we consider that the result has been very negative for the #travelagencies.

El Ministry has confirmed that the moratorium will not be extended beyond December 2, 2024, and #agenciadeviajes will not be excluded from the obligations of the decree. This situation generates great legal uncertainty for our agencies, since they are required to communicate data to which they do not have access and which are impossible to manage with the available resources.
🔗 For this reason, we share our open letter to the sector, where we detail our position and the actions we have taken and those we will continue to promote to always defend the interests of #travelagencies.
