Join ACAVe

To join ACAVE, already established agencies must:

- Complete the application form and send it to the Association.
- Send a copy of the following:

• Articles of association and deeds, where applicable, of corporate changes concerning company name or address.
• Photocopy of the ID document of the company director or legal representative.
• Photocopy of the company’s tax ID code (CIF).
• Photocopy of the civil liability policy.

Photocopy of the travel agent licence. When the form and paperwork have been received, the application to become a full member will be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval.

ACAVe will assess and process the travel agency creation record. See the requirements to create a travel agency in each region here.

To enable travel agencies in the process of creation to benefit from the advantages ACAVE offers members from the start (civil liability insurance, surety bonds with the authorities, etc.), we offer the possibility of joining on a provisional basis.

To become a provisional ACAVE member and be able to benefit from all the advantages we offer in the establishment process you must:

- Complete the application form
- Pay 50% of the entry fee
- Send a copy of the following documentation:

• Duly completed and stamped application form.
• Articles of association for the company.
• Photocopy of the ID document of the company’s partners/shareholders.
• Photocopy of the company’s tax ID code (CIF).

Once the travel agency has been legalised by the competent authorities, full member status will be approved by the Board of Directors.

ACAVe offers non travel agency companies related to tourism activity the possibility of joining the Association as associate members.
