Barcelona, Thursday, June 29, 2023.- ACAVe celebrated last night, at the Red Fish restaurant - Club Patí Vela on Barcelona beach, a new edition of the Member's Night, with the attendance of more than 200 guests who enjoyed the sector's annual meeting. The event had the support and participation of Barcelona City Council, ERGO, Qatar Airlines and the Dominican Republic as sponsors. Jordi Martí, president of ACAVe, highlighted in his speech the good prospects of the sector for this season, in which bookings have far exceeded the figures of 2019, and ventured that it would be a year "of a lot of work". During the evening, Catiana Tur, now manager of the entity, and Maria Pla, responsible for events, were also thanked for their 25 years of service, whose professionalism and commitment Martí, on behalf of the entire board, highlighted .

This last week ACAVe has traveled with a group of #TravelAgents to Maderia, an island that has surprised us all: full of contrasts, spectacular landscapes, flowers and gardens, with impeccable towns and cities, where you would never get tired. to walk and discover. On May 31 we finished the first part of our #tour at home, in #Barcelona at The Hoxton Poblenou. It has been 3 intense months of weekly meetings and networking, which have led us to visit #Seville; #Saint Sebastian; #Madrid; #Pamplona; #Santiago; #Alicante; #Palm; #Malaga and #Ibiza, starting and ending in #Barcelona, and our special Btravel Show with a wonderful reception in all cities and by the hand of our #partners!!! Yesterday we celebrated our Innovation & Tourism Forum organized jointly with IBERIA and BRITISH AIRWAYS, which has been totally enriching for all attendees, providing knowledge and important reflections on topics as relevant as artificial intelligence and its application in the tourism industry and the cybersecurity
On May 4, the Corporate Association of Specialized Travel Agencies (ACAVE) organizes together with IBERIA, L.A.E. and British Airways a conference on innovation and tourism in which current issues will be discussed, such as artificial intelligence and ChatGPT applied to the tourism industry to improve the travel experience and cybersecurity.
Yesterday, at the Fortuny Home & Club in Madrid, we celebrate our ACAVe Travel Market, where with the company of 70 #travelagents, our #partners had informed about all they updates and news for this season’23.
